3. Are you associated with any other luxury brands?
No. We are independent of any luxury brand we may choose to offer for sale from our private collection. Our independence is an asset, as we can be impartial and objective in evaluating the quality and craftsmanship of the products we choose to offer. We only offer products we would be honored to collect and own ourselves.
4. Are any of your items consigned?
No. We are not a consignment business.
5. Do you accept custom orders?
In order to protect the integrity of our brand, any requests for custom items are addressed on a case-by-case basis, and are solely at the discretion of the creative director and management team.
6. How long does it take to process an order?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This means that we have received your order in our system. Once your card has been authorized or your PayPal account confirmed, or wire transfer received, we will process the charges and submit the order for processing, packaging, shipping and handling.
Because each product is a one-of-a-kind item handled and processed with the utmost care, we ask for you patience while we process and deliver your order. We estimate that it will take 1 week from the time of payment to ship your order if your item is in our current inventory. For items still in production, an estimate of time to ship will be provided at the time of your order. Full payment is required to complete an order from our existing inventory. A 50% non-refundable payment reserves an item in production, and final payment is required at completion before shipment of your order.
7. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all four major credit cards, Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express, as well as PayPal, check or wire transfers. Client is responsible for any fees associated with form of payment. All prices listed are based on wire transfers. Shipping & handling, and payment fees are separate. Payments are processed in a secure manner so as to protect your information.
8. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
No. All sales are final. However, authenticity is guaranteed or your money back for proven lack of authenticity. Due to the rarity and unique nature of our items, we cannot accept returns. All bags are shipped with a Toile Blanc authenticity stamp and are filmed being boxed and packaged.
9. How do you address shipping & handling?
For your convenience, we ship both domestic and internationally, at the customer’s expense, using Fedex, UPS, DHL or USPS. Customers may sometimes choose overnight or priority delivery at their expense. Shipping charges are at the customer’s expense and discussed prior to shipment. Typical overnight, insured charges for a Birkin or Kelly Bag run approximately $200 to $250.
International shipping prices are determined by item size & destination.
To protect your one-of-a-kind product, we may also include fees for insurance, signature confirmation, and top quality packaging. We request that international buyers contact us for a shipping rate to your country. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
California & New York Residents are required to pay sales tax.

14. What do your condition codes stand for?
Conditions such as Pristine, Mint, Excellent, and Vintage in excellent or very good condition describe all of our items.
- Pristine is like new, never carried.
- Mint reflects minimal use, minimal visible flaws if any, with many original elements still intact.
- Excellent reflects an item that has been maintained in excellent condition, with only the slightest signs of wear that does not detract from the overall appearance of the product.
- Vintage reflects an older item that has been restored and hand-painted to a beautiful current condition; may show some wear on leather and/or hardware. Vintage items are either in excellent or very good condition.
We do not offer for sale items that do not meet our high standards for one-of-a-kind beauty! This beauty results from the combination of the item’s unique qualities, functionality and amazing hand-painted art. Our high quality photography should allow our customers to appreciate each item’s condition as generally described prior to purchase. For more information, please contact customer service. 15. Should I worry about color transfer?
Our hand-painted handbags are created by our specially-curated portfolio of experienced artists. Our proprietary painting & coating process ensures that the art remains forever on your bag and does not bleed color when properly cared for. Rain pouches are provided with your purchase, to protect your bag from the elements.
16. Can my order be canceled?
Buyers are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase the items as described on this site. We reserve the right to cancel an order, remove a listing, and/or sell our items to anyone at any time for any reason.
17. Is it correct that every Toile Blanc bag is one-of-a-kind?
Yes. For example, if your bag is an Hermes Birkin 35, no other Birkin 35 in your color and design will be made. Variations on a design are sometimes acceptable, or the same design on a different kind of bag. But your bag as constructed in size, color, material and type will always be one-of-a-kind, guaranteed.
